Hold 1 weight in each hand, then slowly lean side to side with the weight closley reaching the ground. Do not over lean or you may injure yourself, which is not fun. Do this for 1-2 mins a day and it really works out those obliques. Legs- She has some great tips on the exercises I showed you in the video.
