Hold 1 weight in each hand, then slowly lean side to side with the weight closley reaching the ground. Do not over lean or you may injure yourself, which is not fun. Do this for 1-2 mins a day and it really works out those obliques. Legs- She has some great tips on the exercises I showed you in the video. Coffee

I just started the plan, but I gotta have my coffee in the morning, as I get up at 3:30 a.m. for my job, is that going to affect weight loss? I drink it with a flavored creamer, but take into account those calories and adjust my eating plan. Thoughts?
